At LAI Games, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality parts to our customers worldwide. Understanding the need for a straightforward and hassle-free shopping experience, we have outlined our shipping and returns policies below.
Returns Policy
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you wish to return a new, unopened item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the parts ordered, excluding freight charges.
Restocking Fee: Please note that a 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns of incorrectly ordered items, intended to partially cover our processing costs. This fee is waived if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Defective or Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item due to our error, LAI Games will cover all return shipping costs, ensuring a smooth and cost-free resolution.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Support Team at returns@laigames.com. Our team will promptly provide you with detailed instructions and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Shipping
Global Delivery: We are pleased to offer shipping to virtually any address around the globe. However, it is important to note that certain restrictions may apply to some products, and not all products are available for international shipping.
Carriers: For international shipments, we primarily use DHL Express and UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery to your destination.
Shipping Estimates: Upon placing your order, we will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and your chosen shipping options. These estimates can be found on the shipping quotes page for your convenience.
Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are primarily based on the weight of the items. In accordance with the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound to determine shipping costs.
