Warranty Coverage by Category

LAI Games stands behind the quality of its products. Warranty coverage varies by product category, as outlined below, and is subject to technical review and confirmation by LAI Games Technical Support.

  1. Games (Machines)

LAI Games warrants its manufactured games against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of sale.

LAI Games’ sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace, at its discretion, any component determined to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, provided the affected component is returned through the authorized LAI Games distributor from which the game was purchased.

  1. Replacement Parts

LAI Games warrants its manufactured replacement parts against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) month from the date of sale.

This warranty applies to parts only and does not extend to complete machines or cabinets.

  1. Consumables

Consumable items are covered only for manufacturing defects identified at the time of delivery. Normal wear and tear, usage-related deterioration, and items consumed during normal operation are not covered under warranty.

General Warranty Terms

This warranty does not apply to damage or repairs resulting from negligence, misuse, improper installation, or modification by unauthorized personnel. Any such action may affect or eliminate the warranty coverage.

Warranties are non-transferable and do not carry over if a machine or part is sold or transferred to a new owner.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the following steps must be taken:

a) The customer must contact LAI Games Technical Support at support@laigames.com to begin troubleshooting the reported issue. Support can be reached via support@laigames.com or 469-521-7000, option 2. The customer should be prepared to provide the serial number of the game or part at the time of initial contact.

b) LAI Games Technical Support will work with the customer to troubleshoot the issue and evaluate the reported concern. The warranty process will not proceed until LAI Games Technical Support determines that the part or component is faulty and eligible for warranty coverage.

c) Photos or additional documentation may be requested by LAI Games Technical Support to assist in determining whether the product is defective.

d) In certain cases, LAI Games will require the return of a defective part for evaluation, repair, or to support a warranty claim with a third-party manufacturer.

When a return is required, a core charge equal to fifty percent (50%) of the part cost will be applied at the time the replacement part is shipped. The defective part must be returned to LAI Games within thirty (30) days of receipt of the replacement part.

Upon receipt of the returned part within the required timeframe, the core charge will be fully refunded. If the defective part is not returned within thirty (30) days, the core charge will be forfeited.

e) Ground shipping for approved warranty items is covered by LAI Games. Expedited shipping will be at customer’s expense. For customers located outside of the United States, warranty shipments will be sent using the most economical shipping method available. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
